Cancellation *
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking. Balance is due one week prior to the event. There is no refund for cancellations within one week of the event or on booked travel, rented equipment or staff.
A trucking fee of $100 applies for events taking place in the NYC & LA metro areas. Sales tax applies in NY & CA.
If your event is outside of the NYC or LA metro area a custom trucking/travel fee will be quoted.
